Demnach wird Battlefield: Bad Company 2 im normalen Handel erscheinen und ist damit auch ohne Steam-Account spielbar. Weiterhin wurde verkündet das die bald folgende Beta nicht exklusiv an Steam gekoppelt sein wird.
